My name Kojo Metz. Kojo is my Ghanian name. Eventhough I grew up in Germany, I like to use that name. It´s the Ghanian name for the children born on a monday. So my name is actually, "Monday." I like that.

I work with image and images. This is my passion--to create and describe the world with images.
How we see the world is how we are. And how we are, we see the world.
In my work as a photographer, I am interested in people, and the world that they create. People are the same where ever you go.

In various countries and cultures, people that never met each other are driven by similar needs and wishes (according to their living condition, of course.)

However, at the same time, each one is special and unique.
