Photography is not the way I earn a living. It is the way I make art and my goal is to create compelling images. I have had a past career in radio and TV as well as live event production, always with a serious side-interest in photography. Lately still photography has become a real passion and I am enjoying working in a medium that allows for my flexibility and individual expression. Creative accomplishment and fun are my goals but that makes me no less serious about my approach to it. I prefer to do portraiture and work in natural light, studio and unique settings, focusing on the female image.

I am an American but lived in Germany for over 30 years. I am back in the US and travel a lot for my work which is executive coaching and consultant. I prefer to work in my native English language but I also speak German. More of my photos can be seen in the section called My Work.

Ich habe eine lange Karriere im Bereich Radio, Fernsehen und der Produktion von Live Shows, wobei mein Nebeninteresse immer der Fotografie galt. In letzter Zeit ist die Fotografie zu einer richtigen Leidenschaft geworden, und ich genieße es, mit einem Medium zu arbeiten, bei dem ich kreative Fotos gestalten kann, ohne Rücksicht auf kommerzielle Zwänge zu nehmen. Kreative Leistung und Spaß sind meine Ziele. Ich verdiene mein Geld nicht mit der Fotografie, betrachte mich aber als ernsthaften Halbprofi. Mein besonderes Interesse gilt der Portraitfotografie bei natürlichem Licht und in einem einzigartigen Umfeld.

Ich bin Amerikaner, aber hatte 34 Jahren in Deutschland gelebt. Jetzt bin ich wieder in USA. Im Rahmen meiner Tätigkeit als Coach und Berater reise ich viel. Ich lebe in Putzbrunn, in der Nähe von München. Ich arbeite am liebsten in meiner englischen Muttersprache, spreche aber auch Deutsch.
