Good work on the skin, but I would not have removed all of the wrinkles since this makes is appear unnatural. There is always a fine line between enhancement and overdoing.
The structure of the skin and the handling of edges is excellent, however :)

So it is very good work by the retoucher, but a photographer knows that it is not real, I always try to take the pictures , so that some of the problems in the original would not occur, if I had such an original I would just throw it away.
