Location: Amersfoort, The Netherlands (2015). Six years ago, the honorary title "Our Mona Lisa in glasses" was given to a lovely amateur model called Farishta by the followers of my weblog. Four years later, a friendly request arrived from the UK - might Farishta be persuaded to pose again? To my delight, the Mona Lisa in glasses was all go for it and it soon turned out that she had lost none of her posing abilities. Here she poses in a pair of myodisc glasses, Rx minus twenty (three times her own prescription). The subtle, innocent intimacy in her posing is second to none. Farishta did four excellent photo shoots for me and she also participated in the catwalk during the opening of my photo exhibitions in Germany and the Netherlands. A real gem!
