Location: Jardin des Tuileries, Paris, France (2016). My all too short stay in Paris was built up around an appointment with an acclaimed blogger called Sonia ("Urlittlefeather"). Her blog spans a variety of themes, one of them being the use of prescription glasses in daily life. Sonia and I had followed each other's work for quite a while and our mutual followers kept suggesting that I'd undertake the journey to Paris and do a photo shoot with Sonia. It was great to work with a model who shares the same fascination for glasses. We took a walk from the Louvre towards the Eiffel tower, stopping from time to time for posing in half a dozen glasses. It was a treat to work with Sonia who has an excellent, highly personal taste for frames. Here she is posing in a fine pair of Silhouette glasses from the late 1970's. The lenses are minus seven and they provided Sonia with excellent eyesight. Sonia is also involved in making fine video clips about the hidden beauties of her native Paris. Sonia, à la prochaine!
