A crowned beauty queen ("Miss Africa 2012"), freelance model Osi Ugonoh was a real gem and a delight to work with.
Three different locations in Dublin were used for her photo shoot, starting in the gardens of the King's Inn. We soon attracted the attention of the gardeners who cleverly decided to hold a meeting some ten meters away from us. They really got a piece of the action when Osi and I took a short break and danced on the grass to get the stiffness from our limbs. Osi has a warm character and this was reflected in many of her portraits. It was a mixture of professional posing and spontaneous moments. In her own words, we "had a blast". Here she poses in the biggest vintage glasses from my collection. I used the lack of anti-reflective coating on the lenses to show the interaction between model and photographer during a photo shoot.
