Wirkt natürlich und sympathisch. Tipp: Versuch zum Vergleich mal das Bild knapp unter der Brust abzuschneiden. Da du die Hand ohnehin amputiert hast, ginge kaum Bildinformation verloren. Im Gegenteil, ich glaube, das Porträt würde dadurch noch intensiver wirken.
