Please can I write negative shooting rewiews without shooting requests ?? And how? I unfortunately dont use it :-(

You can't! Writing a shooting review always requires an approved shooting request first.

If you ask someone for a shooting request and he doesnt accept. In my experience it might be a reason to cancel the shooting since there might not be a commitment for the shooting.
